Amends Title 20, Chapter 25 of Arizona Revised Statutes by adding Article 3 governing 340B pharmacies effective January 1, 2024.

Prohibits third parties (health insurers and pharmacy benefit managers) from discriminating in reimbursement rates based on whether a pharmacy dispenses 340B drugs purchased through the federal 340B drug discount program.

Prohibits third parties from assessing fees, chargebacks, clawbacks, or adjustments on pharmacies that dispense 340B drugs.

Prohibits third parties from excluding pharmacies from their networks or restricting the methods by which 340B covered entities may dispense or deliver 340B drugs.

Exempts Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS), the Department of Health Services AIDS drug assistance program, and other specified entities from these requirements.
