Governor's office must notify legislative leaders before spending $10 million or more from the coronavirus state fiscal recovery fund and coronavirus capital projects fund for a single purpose.

Governor's office shall submit quarterly reports (by 30 days after each quarter ends through June 30, 2024) detailing actual expenditures from coronavirus relief funds to legislative leadership and joint budget committee.

Superintendent of public instruction must notify and report quarterly on spending of $10 million or more from elementary and secondary school emergency relief funds through June 30, 2024.

Arizona Board of Regents must notify and report quarterly on spending of $10 million or more from higher education emergency relief funds by the three state universities through June 30, 2024.

All required reports must delineate expenditures by agency and program with descriptions of expenditure purposes; legislature intends similar reporting requirements apply to other major federal aid received through fiscal year 2021-2022.
