Requires the Arizona Commerce Authority to annually collect and compile information on in-demand jobs in the state, including starting salary, required education level, and estimated number of available positions.

Mandates collection of data on average costs to attend universities, community colleges, vocational programs, and private postsecondary institutions.

Requires compilation of student loan payment medians, three-year student loan default rates, graduation rates, and completion rates for various educational institutions and apprenticeship programs.

Requires the Authority to distribute compiled information to public high schools by December 1 each year for student distribution and to post all information publicly on its website.

Requires state agencies, universities, community colleges, vocational programs, and private postsecondary institutions to provide necessary data and reports to the Authority by October 1 each year.
