Amends section 41-1730 to change reference in the Department of Public Safety Forensics Fund from paragraph 11 to paragraph 10 regarding monies deposited under section 41-2401, subsection D.

Modifies section 41-2401 to reallocate percentages of the Criminal Justice Enhancement Fund among multiple recipients, including adjustments to the Department of Public Safety Forensics Fund (from 19.09% to 20.81%), Department of Juvenile Corrections (from 1.84% to 3.57%), and various other criminal justice agencies.

Eliminates the separate allocation to the Peace Officers' Training Fund (previously 18.97%) and renumbers subsequent fund allocations in the distribution formula.

Appropriates $5,000,000 from the state general fund in fiscal year 2022-2023 to the Peace Officers' Training Fund established by section 41-1825.

Makes the $5,000,000 appropriation exempt from lapsing provisions under section 35-190, Arizona Revised Statutes.
