Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 41-2053 to require the governor's office on tribal relations to coordinate annually with the legislative indigenous peoples caucus (in addition to Indian nations and tribes representatives) for Indian nations and tribes legislative day.

Designates Indian nations and tribes legislative day to occur on Wednesday of the first week of each regular legislative session, with the Senate hosting in odd-numbered years and the House in even-numbered years.

Requires the hosting chamber to hold a joint legislative session and invites legislators and elected officials to pay tribute to American Indian history, culture, and contributions to the United States.

Mandates the office schedule activities and discussions between state and Indian nations and tribal leaders on issues of common interest or jurisdiction.

Clarifies that Indian nations and tribes legislative day is not a legal holiday.
