• Schools must post all learning materials and activities on their websites, organized by subject area, grade, and teacher, with specific requirements for different types of content.

• Materials covering discrimination, diversity, equity, inclusion, race, ethnicity, sex, gender, bias, civics, service learning, or social-emotional competencies must be posted at least 72 hours before use and include title, author, organization, and access information.

• Other materials must be posted within seven school days of first use and include at minimum the title, author, and organization or internet address.

• Parents have the right to advance review of learning materials and activities, and schools must provide access to textbooks being considered for selection both at district offices and at individual school sites upon written request.

• Enforcement includes a multi-step complaint process beginning with the school principal, followed by the governing board, before legal action can be initiated by students, parents, superintendent, auditor general, attorney general, or county attorney.
