Repeals section 41-3022.01, Arizona Revised Statutes, which previously terminated the Department of Veterans' Services and Arizona Veterans' Service Advisory Commission.

Establishes a new termination date of July 1, 2030 for the Department of Veterans' Services and the Arizona Veterans' Service Advisory Commission.

Repeals Title 41, Chapter 3, Article 7 and the new termination provision on January 1, 2031.

Continues the Department of Veterans' Services and the Veterans' Service Advisory Commission to assist veterans and surviving spouses, minor children, and heirs of veterans.

Applies retroactively to July 1, 2022.
