Amends section 13-3602 of Arizona Revised Statutes to extend the duration of orders of protection from one year to two years after service on the defendant.

Modified orders of protection remain effective for two years from the date the initial order was served, rather than one year.

Updates the central repository provisions to reflect that orders of protection are presumed valid for two years from the date of service on the defendant.

Applies to all orders of protection that are served on or after the effective date of the act.
