Establishes a sexual assault study committee with 17 members including state legislators, sexual assault survivors, law enforcement officers, prosecutors, and representatives from victim advocacy organizations.

Committee members appointed by the Senate president and House speaker; members are not compensated but eligible for expense reimbursement under Arizona law.

Committee shall study state and federal sexual assault laws, investigate law enforcement and prosecutor policies and practices regarding sexual assault investigations and prosecutions, and analyze training provided to professionals responding to sexual assault offenses.

Committee required to submit report with findings and recommendations to the governor, legislative leaders, and relevant committee chairs by December 1, 2023.

Committee automatically repeals on June 30, 2024.
