Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 12-2213 to expand witness privilege from arrest protections.

Restricts arrest of witnesses only when supported by a signed judicial warrant or order, removing prior exceptions for treason, felony, and breach of the peace.

Extends privilege from arrest protections to family members of witnesses and persons residing in the same household as a party, witness, or potential witness.

Applies privilege protections during court attendance and while traveling to and from court, allowing one day of travel for every twenty-five miles from the witness's residence.
