Repeals section 41-3022.25 of the Arizona Revised Statutes and adds section 41-3030.25 to establish a new termination date for the acupuncture board of examiners.

Acupuncture board of examiners terminates on July 1, 2030, with Title 32, chapter 39 and the governing statute repealed on January 1, 2031.

Continues the acupuncture board of examiners under the sunset review process to promote safe and professional practice of acupuncture pursuant to Arizona Revised Statutes section 41-2955.

Sections 1 and 2 are effective retroactively from July 1, 2022.
