• Requires each dental practice location to contain at least one automated external defibrillator (AED).

• Mandates dentists and denturists to acknowledge in writing to the board that their practice contains an AED as part of licensure renewal and registration requirements.

• Applies the AED requirement to registered dental business entities under section 32-1213 and individual dentist licensees under section 32-1236.

• Applies the AED requirement to certified denturists under section 32-1297.06.
