Prohibits suppliers from coercing or attempting to coerce wholesalers to accept delivery of beer or other commodities that were not ordered or that have had their orders canceled.

Allows suppliers to impose reasonable inventory requirements on wholesalers if made in good faith and generally applied to similarly situated wholesalers.

Subjects violations of the coercion prohibition to civil penalties as prescribed in section 4-210.01.

Amends Arizona Revised Statutes sections 4-244 and 4-246 relating to liquor regulations and unlawful acts in the alcohol beverage industry.
