• Associations must adopt reasonable rules for flag placement and manner of display but cannot prohibit installing flagpoles; planned communities may additionally limit residents to two flags at once and restrict flagpole height to no more than rooftop height.

• Makes minor technical corrections to statutory language (e.g., changing "from" to "after" regarding violation dates and "the circulation of" to "circulating" regarding petitions).
