Amends section 33-2132 of Arizona Revised Statutes regarding the Recreational Vehicle Long-term Rental Space Act

Clarifies that residents with disabilities as defined in section 41-1491 may have one or more persons occupy their recreational vehicle to provide live-in health care, personal care, or supportive services necessary to afford equal opportunity to use and enjoy the dwelling

Removes requirement for a physician's written treatment plan and semi-annual renewals; caregivers' services no longer need to be documented as temporary

Specifies that landlords cannot charge fees for caregivers providing live-in health care, personal care, or supportive services, and caregivers have no rights of tenancy

Caregivers must comply with park rules and any agreement with the resident does not modify the rental agreement between landlord and tenant
