Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 41-791 to modify the list of state office buildings under the Department of Administration's (ADOA) jurisdiction and maintenance responsibility.

Removes from ADOA management: 519 East Beale Street in Kingman, 2910 North 44th Street in Phoenix, 9535 East Doubletree Ranch Road in Scottsdale, and 9545 East Doubletree Ranch Road in Scottsdale.

Adds to ADOA management: 701 East Jefferson Street in Phoenix, 801 East Jefferson Street in Phoenix, and 1030 North 32nd Street in Phoenix.

Retains ADOA responsibility for the state capitol building and grounds, state office buildings in Tucson, 417 West Roosevelt Street in Phoenix, and other state-owned or leased buildings not otherwise assigned to agencies.
