Amends section 28-7094 to change references from "county assessor" to "county treasurer" for receiving and distributing rental revenue from state highway properties, and clarifies the state highway fund as established by section 28-6991.

Amends section 42-11152 to allow persons claiming property tax exemptions to file affidavits electronically with the county assessor instead of appearing in person, with the assessor providing electronic acknowledgement of receipt.

Amends section 42-16254 to permit taxpayers to file notices of property tax error claims electronically in addition to personal or certified mail submission, and requires tax officers accepting electronic claims to provide electronic acknowledgement of receipt.
