Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 36-1606 to add overnight hour restrictions on the use of permissible consumer fireworks.

Prohibits use of permissible consumer fireworks between 11:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. on all days in counties with populations over 500,000 and under 500,000.

Allows exceptions to overnight restrictions between 11:00 p.m. December 31 through 1:00 a.m. January 1, and between 11:00 p.m. July 4 through 1:00 a.m. July 5 each year.

Applies the same overnight restriction rules to both large and small population counties, allowing local jurisdictions to enforce the prohibition consistently statewide.
