Amends Title 1 of Arizona Revised Statutes by adding Chapter 9 to establish legal tender definitions and requirements in Arizona.

Designates legal tender in Arizona as: any medium of exchange authorized by the U.S. Constitution or Congress for payment of debts and taxes; specie issued by the U.S. government; any other specie ruled legal tender by a court of competent jurisdiction; and bitcoin.

Defines "bitcoin" as a decentralized, peer-to-peer digital currency maintained on the bitcoin blockchain where transactions are recorded and new units are generated through computational solutions, operating independently of a central bank.

Defines "specie" as coins having precious metal content.
