Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 12-3252 to clarify the applicability of Arizona's foreign-country judgment recognition law.

Chapter applies to foreign-country judgments that grant or deny recovery of money and are final, conclusive and enforceable under the foreign country's law.

Chapter excludes judgments for taxes, fines, penalties, or domestic relations matters (divorce, support, maintenance).

Chapter does not apply to judgments from foreign countries that have not adopted or enacted reciprocal foreign-country money judgment laws similar to Arizona's.

Clarifies that the party seeking recognition of a foreign judgment bears the burden of proving the chapter applies, and nothing in the chapter prevents recognition of foreign judgments under principles of comity or other legal doctrines.
