Expands pharmacist authority to administer influenza vaccines to persons at least three years of age and allows ordering/administering emergency medications (epinephrine, corticosteroids, albuterol, oxygen, antihistamines) for acute allergic reactions during immunization.

Requires pharmacists administering immunizations to minors to notify the patient's primary care provider within 48 hours and provide educational materials about pediatric preventive health care.

Changes pharmacist certification requirement from board-issued certificate to self-reporting by updating online profile indicating active immunizer status.

Requires pharmacists to follow standard operating procedures based on CDC guidelines including patient screening, immunization record review, and emergency management protocols.
