Amends Arizona law to expand the types of offenses that require sex offender registration and public website inclusion to include preparatory offenses in addition to completed offenses.

Removes victim age restrictions (under 12 years old) from several sexual offenses including sexual abuse, molestation of a child, sexual conduct with a minor, luring a minor, aggravated luring a minor, and continuous sexual abuse of a child.

Applies the expanded registration requirements retroactively to persons convicted before, on, or after the effective date of the act.

Provides a compliance timeline allowing the Department of Public Safety until January 1, 2023 to include offenders convicted before the effective date on the internet sex offender website.
