• Allows parties to terminate a decree of legal separation by stipulated order, restoring marital status and reforming the marital community as of the termination order date, with specified provisions for property, support, and parenting arrangements.

• Creates new section 25-316 defining temporary orders available in dissolution/annulment/legal separation proceedings, including equal possession of liquid assets, temporary maintenance, parenting time, child support, exclusive home possession, and attorney fees.

• Expands definition of "liquid assets" to include cryptocurrency, coins, and precious metals in addition to cash, traveler's checks, and financial institution deposits for purposes of temporary asset division orders.
