Allows National Guard members and U.S. Armed Forces Reserves members who are students at Arizona higher education institutions to withdraw from courses with full tuition and fee credits when ordered to state or federal reserve component duty.

Permits affected students to receive an incomplete grade and complete the course later, or continue and complete the course for full credit with absences counted as excused and not affecting their grade.

Entitles students to refunds for room, board, and fees for periods during which they performed military duty and did not use those facilities or services.

Allows students to make up tests, examinations, and assignments missed due to military service or related medical treatment without penalty to their final course grade.

Enables students to withdraw and be readmitted within one year after release from military duty without penalty or re-determination of admission eligibility, and applies protections to both the service member and their spouse if the spouse is also a student.
