Amends section 16-550 of Arizona Revised Statutes to require county recorders to provide an early ballot tracking system showing whether a voter's early ballot has been received, verified, sent to tabulation, or rejected.

Mandates counties provide voters with access to the early ballot tracking system on the county's website.

Appropriates $250,000 from the state general fund in fiscal year 2022-2023 to the secretary of state for enhancements to the Arizona voter information database to support early ballot tracking.

Effective date of December 31, 2023 for the amended statute.
