Amends the $75 million appropriation from Laws 2021, first special session, chapter 1, section 1 for wildfire emergency response by the Arizona Department of Forestry and Fire Management.

Expands eligibility for financial assistance to private landowners under paragraph 5 to include fires and fire suppression activities occurring on or after January 1, 2019, removing any disqualification based on fire occurrence date.

Maintains the $10 million spending cap for financial assistance to private landowners, with the department acting as payor of last resort after insurance and other reimbursement sources are exhausted.

Extends similar date eligibility to mitigation projects addressing postfire flooding and damage resulting from fires or fire suppression activities that occurred on or after January 1, 2019.
