Prohibits employers from requiring employees to refrain from inquiring about, discussing, or disclosing wages as a condition of employment.

Prohibits employers from requiring employees to sign waivers or documents that deny the right to disclose or discuss wages.

Prohibits employers from discharging, disciplining, or discriminating against employees for inquiring about, discussing, or disclosing their own wages or another employee's wages.

Allows employees to recover reinstatement, lost wages and benefits with interest, and equitable relief through civil action if discharged or discriminated against for wage disclosure activities.

Civil actions must be filed within one year of the cause of action.
