Repeals Arizona Revised Statutes section 41-194.01, which authorized the attorney general to notify the state treasurer to withhold shared revenues from local governments violating state law or the Arizona Constitution.

Removes subsection L from section 42-5029 (transaction privilege tax distribution) that allowed withholding of state shared revenues to counties, cities, and towns for violations of state law, with redistributed funds going to compliant jurisdictions.

Removes subsection F from section 43-206 (urban revenue sharing fund) that allowed withholding of urban revenue sharing distributions to cities and towns for violations of state law.

Makes technical amendments to sections 42-5029 and 43-206, including corrections to statutory cross-references, number formatting, and gender-neutral language.
