Creates new criminal offense of "failing to disclose evidence by a prosecutor" in Arizona Revised Statutes section 13-2811.

Prosecute a prosecutor who intentionally or knowingly fails to disclose evidence required by Arizona rules of criminal procedure.

Violation applies only when evidence is material to the proceeding and a reasonable person would believe the defendant would not have been convicted or entered a plea agreement if evidence had been disclosed.

Classifies the offense as a class 3 misdemeanor.
