Requires county boards of supervisors to designate at least one polling place or voting center on the main campus of each state university in the county.

Mandates at least one early ballot dropbox at each state university satellite location, community college campus, and community college satellite location in the county.

Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 16-411 regarding the designation of election precincts and polling places for general, primary, and special elections.

Maintains existing provisions for voting centers, emergency voting centers, and consolidated polling places based on early voter participation and other circumstances.
