Amends section 5-1211 to cap the fantasy sports contest operator fee at 10 percent of adjusted revenues (previously had no specified cap).

Repeals the version of section 5-1318 amended by Laws 2021, chapter 405, section 3.

Amends section 5-1318 to cap the event wagering operator fee at 10 percent of adjusted gross event wagering receipts (previously had no specified cap).

Allows event wagering operators to choose either cash accrual or modified accrual basis accounting methods for calculating fees owed.

Requires event wagering fees to be paid by the twenty-fifth day of the month following the month in which receipts were received, with any remaining event wagering fund monies transferred to the state general fund on the twenty-fifth of each month.
