• Designates primary election day (first Tuesday in August) and general election day (first Tuesday after first Monday in November) as state holidays.

• Eliminates in-person early voting before election day; all voting locations must operate on election day only, including voting centers and on-site locations at county recorder offices.

• Authorizes use of election day voting centers where any county voter can cast a ballot after presenting identification, in place of or in addition to designated polling places.

• Removes provisions allowing emergency voting and emergency voting centers for voters experiencing unforeseen circumstances between Friday and Monday before the election.
