Requires the clerk of the superior court to transmit a record of every felony conviction to the secretary of state monthly, without charge.

The conviction record must include the convicted person's name, date of birth, social security number (if available), usual legal residence, and father's name or mother's maiden name (if available).

The secretary of state shall use these records solely to cancel the names of convicted felons from the statewide voter registration database.

The secretary of state must notify the appropriate county recorder, who shall cancel the voter registration of the convicted felon.
