Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 16-511 regarding election supply responsibilities for county supervisors and election districts.

Boards of supervisors shall not require a specific marking pen for paper ballots and cannot provide pens that create marks visible on the reverse side of ballots or that damage or spoil ballots.

Boards of supervisors must furnish at least two electronic poll book systems for each polling place, each capable of printing poll lists and voter lists.

County supervisors remain responsible for furnishing necessary printed materials (blanks, ballots, envelopes, oath forms, and returns) for elections under their supervision.

Election districts remain responsible for furnishing necessary supplies for elections they call or supervise that are not under board of supervisors responsibility.
