Requires subdividers selling lots in subdivisions outside active management areas to record a water supply adequacy or inadequacy statement beginning January 1, 2023, as determined under state water law.

Mandates the water supply disclosure document be recorded with the subdivision plat in the county recorder's office and include a legal description and statement of whether water supply is adequate or inadequate.

Requires the Department of Water Resources to notify water providers when a previously inadequate water supply is subsequently determined to be adequate, with providers then notifying affected customers.

Exempts subdividers who are already required to provide recorded water adequacy disclosures under existing law (section 33-406) from this requirement.

Defines "subdivider" using the same definition in state law governing subdivisions.
