Prohibits state agencies and individual courts from requiring mandatory or technical forms for notices and pleadings in forcible entry, forcible detainer, or special detainer actions.

Establishes that any notice or pleading meeting statutory requirements for content and formatting is sufficient, regardless of form used.

Applies the form requirement prohibition to actions under Arizona Revised Statutes sections 12-1175 (forcible entry and detainer), 33-361 (tenant lease violations), 33-1305 (residential tenancy), 33-1404 (mobile home tenancy), and 33-2101 (recreational vehicle spaces).

Makes technical corrections to existing statute language, replacing "nor" with "or" and "no" with "not" in relevant sections.
