Requires prisoners on community supervision to pay a monthly supervision fee of at least $65, unless the department determines inability to pay and requires a lesser amount.

Monthly supervision fees cannot begin until 60 days after the prisoner begins supervised parole or community supervision.

Seventy percent of collected supervision fees are deposited into the victim compensation and assistance fund and thirty percent into the community corrections enhancement fund.

Allows the board or department to require prisoners to pay reasonable costs associated with drug testing programs, not exceeding the department's actual cost.
