Clarifies funding mechanisms for full-time students (95% of base support level) and part-time students (85% of base support level) enrolled in online instruction, with adjustments for students enrolled in both traditional and online schools.

Updates terminology from "e-mail" to "email" in standards for online instruction approval criteria.
