Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 28-7212 regarding disposition of public roadways.

Changes language in subsection B from "the obligations of the contract" to "a contract" to provide technical correction.

Allows a county board of supervisors or the state to abandon a county or state highway within an incorporated city or town by resolution, subject to contract obligations.

Maintains requirement for joint action between counties before disposing of county roadways that form boundary lines between two counties.

Maintains requirement for joint action between governing bodies of cities/towns and counties or state before disposing of roadways that form city/town boundaries or state/county highways within incorporated areas, except for abandonment by resolution.
