Modifies the definition of "hearing evaluation services" to use updated language ("that include identifying" instead of "which include the identification").

Expands the definition of "private education program" to explicitly include preschool programs, in addition to kindergarten through twelfth grade.

Expands the definition of "public education program" to explicitly include preschool programs, in addition to kindergarten through twelfth grade.

Updates grammatical language throughout the statute section, including changing "which" to "that" and revising verb forms for consistency.
