Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Title 12, Chapter 3, Article 5 by adding section 12-353 regarding recovery of costs in attorney discipline matters.

Requires the State Bar of Arizona to pay attorney fees and court costs to an attorney who prevails in a discipline matter, in addition to any costs awarded by statute.

Court costs include expenses from all stages of the investigation and discipline process, as well as any court litigation and appeals.

Applies only to charges that are not dismissed by the State Bar of Arizona before final disposition by the presiding disciplinary judge or the Arizona Supreme Court.

Effective May 9, 2022.
