County recorder must publish a list of all eligible voters (including inactive voters) at least 10 days before primary and general elections on the county website, with voter date of birth, driver license number, ID number, unique voter ID, and social security number redacted.

County recorder or election officer must publish all ballot images and cast vote records in sortable digital format on the county website within 5 days before the county canvass following primary and general elections.

Early and provisional ballot tabulators must imprint a unique identification number on each ballot to link ballot images to physical ballots, with early and provisional ballots separated, tabulated, and stored by precinct.

Election day ballots must also be stored by precinct after tabulation.
