Requires county recorders or officers in charge of elections to maintain records of all voting irregularities occurring during early voting, emergency voting, and election day voting.

Irregularity records must describe the irregularity, location of occurrence and discovery, persons present, and official response.

County elections officials must provide the voting irregularities record to the president of the Senate and speaker of the House of Representatives within 30 days after election day, with a copy to the secretary of state.

Violation of chain of custody record maintenance or failure to report voting irregularities is classified as a class 2 misdemeanor.
