Establishes requirements for county recorders to categorize and separate duplicated or adjudicated ballots by type of defect/damage and ballot type, and maintain that separation.

Requires posting of ballot defect/damage categories and counts on the county website and submission of a report to the president of the senate, speaker of the house, and secretary of state.

Creates a Class 2 misdemeanor penalty for knowingly violating the new reporting and categorization requirements.

Applies to all ballots requiring duplication or adjudication, whether processed electronically or manually, in any statewide, county, or legislative election.
