Replaces "no" with "not" in timing requirements for district committee meetings and updates language from "passage" to "adoption" and "enactment" to "adoption" when referring to reapportionment legislation.

Removes subsection G, which specified that for elections following reapportionment, district committees consist of precinct committeemen serving at least thirty days before reapportionment legislation enactment.

Clarifies email notification procedures by changing "e-mail" to "email" and confirms chairpersons may notify precinct committeemen by email if authorized, at least ten days before meetings.
