Forbids landlords from advertising preferences or limitations related to income sources, including rent vouchers, public assistance, emergency rental assistance, veterans benefits, or social security.

Requires landlords who set income thresholds to subtract rent vouchers or subsidies from the total monthly rent before determining whether tenants meet income requirements.

Defines "source of income" to include Section 8 Housing Choice Vouchers, housing assistance, public assistance, emergency rental assistance, veterans benefits, social security, supplemental security income, retirement programs, and benefits from federal, state, local, private or nonprofit entities.

Treats violations as unlawful practices enforceable by the Arizona Attorney General under existing consumer fraud statutes.
