Establishes the Immigrant Legal Fund administered by the State Treasurer, funded through legislative appropriations, gifts, grants, and donations.

Appropriates $1,000,000 from the state general fund for fiscal year 2022-2023 to the fund.

Monies in the fund are continuously appropriated and exempt from lapsing of appropriations under Arizona Revised Statutes section 35-190.

State Treasurer shall distribute funds on a first-come, first-served basis to nonprofit organizations that provide legal counsel for immigration case processing.

State Treasurer must establish an application process for nonprofit organizations to apply for fund monies.
