Amends Section 16-672 of Arizona Revised Statutes regarding contest of state elections.

Corrects grammatical language throughout the statute, including changing "or" to "on," "to" to "for," and "him" to "that person" for clarity and modern usage.

Maintains existing grounds for contesting state elections, including misconduct by election boards, ineligibility of candidates, bribery or fraud, illegal votes, and erroneous vote counts.

Updates venue provisions to clarify that election contests may be brought in the superior court in the county where the person contesting resides or in the superior court in Maricopa County.
