Increases income eligibility threshold for children's health insurance program (AHCCCS) from 200% to 250% of federal poverty level, effective October 1, 2022.

Makes the 250% income threshold ongoing for each fiscal year after October 1, 2022, replacing the previous requirement that eligibility be reassessed annually.

Maintains existing requirement that members must be under 19 years of age to qualify for the program.

Updates definition of "physician" for clarity and modifies language regarding contractor obligations to provide hospitalization and medical care.
