Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 36-2154 regarding the right to refuse participation in abortion-related procedures on moral or religious grounds.

Removes specific language that previously applied conscience objections to pharmacies, replacing it with broader language applying to "any health professional."

Allows health professionals and their employees to refuse to provide abortion, abortion medication, emergency contraception, or any medication or device intended to prevent implantation of a fertilized ovum based on moral or religious objections.

Requires that health professionals who object to providing these services must return the patient's written prescription order to the patient.

Maintains existing protections allowing hospitals to refuse to admit patients for abortion procedures and permitting hospital staff to refuse participation in abortion on moral or religious grounds.
